Ingredients
57 grams Plain Greek Yogurt
7 grams Maple Syrup
57 grams English Muffin (cut in half, toasted)
36 grams Strawberries (sliced)
37 grams Blueberries
7 grams Hemp Seeds
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
Divide the yogurt mixture between the English muffin halves and top with strawberries, blueberries, and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately but the yogurt mix can be refrigerated for up to three days.
