  • If you couldn’t make it yourself at home, don’t eat it. That means all the packaged sweets, fizzy drinks, chemically processed foods where you don’t know what the ingredients mean.
  • Start thinking about small habits you can change. How many coffees do you have a day? Do you really need to put 2 sugars in your tea? Could you add a 20 minute walk into your day? How about changing the afternoon biscuits to a piece of fruit and a few nuts? Small changes can yield big results.
