We are halfway through the course and it is time to mix it up a bit.
This weeks meal plan is optional, depending on whether you can manage it with your lifestyle, but if you can, doing the occasional fast is great for your digestion and immunity
Scientific evidence shows that detoxing is beneficial to your health, both physically and mentally.
I have put together a series of Detox options should you choose to use this week. Alternatively you can use this week to recap the last 4 weeks and review any challenges you may have come across.
